Nicole Little


Nicole Little is an associate attorney at the law firm of Grace, Tisdale & Clifton P.A. with a practice focused on criminal defense. Prior to joining Grace, Tisdale & Clifton, Nicole served as an associate attorney with a small criminal defense firm, handling a plethora of criminal matters, including traffic, violent, and drug-related crimes in Forsyth and Guilford counties. Nicole takes pride in offering zealous advocacy for her clients, while helping them to solve problems under difficult circumstances.

Nicole graduated magna cum laude and received her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2017. She earned Book Awards for receiving the highest letter grade in Civil Procedure and Torts. While at NCCU School of Law, Nicole served as President of the Student Bar Association, Executive Editor of the North Carolina Central Law Review Vol. 39, and Intra-School Competition Coordinator for NCCU’s Trial Advocacy Board. Nicole was named the Floyd B. McKissick Award for Service and the C.C. “Buddy” Malone Award for Trial Advocacy in 2017. She received B.A. degrees in Sociology and Women and Gender’s Studies from Wake Forest University. Nicole has been admitted into the state and federal practice of law in North Carolina and the Middle District of North Carolina.

Nicole is active in the community, serving as an advisor to Wake Forest University Expungement Clinic and National Poor People’s Campaign. She is a member of the Forsyth County Bar Association, Winston-Salem Bar Association, and the Association of Wake Forest Black Alumni. She also previously served on the City of Winston-Salem’s Citizen Capital Needs Committee and Parks and Recreation Commission.
